Scott Nossek

Scott is a graduate of the University of Arizona and the University of the Pacific. He has been in physical therapy practice for 20 years, and is current owner of Payson Physical Therapy. A former collegiate and professional baseball player, he has focused his clinical training on orthopedic and spinal rehabilitation, with an emphasis on exercise and education. He is a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), and a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Scott, his wife Janet, and their four children have been residents of Payson since 1992.

Scott's advanced clinical training also includes pediatrics and vestibular dysfunction.

 

 

 

Jared Tenney

Jared Tenney Jared graduated with honors from the University of Arizona (B.S.) and Northern Arizona University (M.P.T.) He received his Master's in Physical Therapy in 1999 and has been happy to make Payson his home. His wife, Kadi, is a 4th generation Rim Country native, and they now have four children to continue the legacy. Jared's advanced clinical education includes the Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine in Florida and membership in the American Physical Therapy Association. He is active as a youth leader at his church and with the Boy Scouts of America. He also enjoys recreational athletics, playing various musical instruments in a mediocre fashion, and losing regularly to his kids in Bocce Ball.


 

 

 

Debbie Tiffany

Debby TiffanyDebbie is an Ohio State University graduate with clinical expertise in acute care and outpatient physical therapy. Debbie's lifelong dream has been to work in a profession that helps people improve their lives and health and considers herself lucky to have worked as a physical therapist for the past 34 years. Debbie has a broad range of work experience in hospitals, nursing facilities, physical therapy clinics, and even as a public speaker and instructor on health issues. Debbie greatly enjoys working with orthopedic and neurologically impaired patients. Debbie also does wound care and is certified as an LSVT "BIG" therapist, helping Parkinson’s patients work their way back to better physical health.

Debbie has lived in Payson for 16 years and loves the small town atmosphere. She also loves working at Payson Physical Therapy because their philosophy is, "Let’s make people better!"

 

Stacey Foote

Stacey FooteStacey graduated from BYU with a B.S. in Exercise Science and earned her Master's in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation from Adams State College before receiving her degree in Physical Therapy from University of Colorado. She has over 20 years of experience in a broad range of orthopedic settings including women's health, vestibular rehab, foot & ankle rehab, spinal orthopedics, and manual therapy. She also has extensive experience with complex neurological cases after working at Barrow Neurological Institute for four years. She has lived in Payson since 2005 and enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter and their 2 dogs.
